Important Notes:

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve return/exchange.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once the order is dispatched/shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund timeline:

Refund initiated within 3–5 business days after approval

It may take 2–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account (depending on bank/UPI service)
